Carol GRAFFIN

Founder of My International HR, Carol Graffin is British. Having spent her childhood and university years in the U.K., she arrived in France in 1991. Her first employer was Arthur Andersen, where she discovered the world of international assignments, and learnt to understand the complex issues surrounding income tax and social security as applied to the international workforce. Working with multinational companies, Carol also dealt with a wide range of international compensation and benefits questions. After eight years as a consultant, Carol moved to Angers in the Loire Valley where she took up the position of Group Compensation & Benefits Manager for Packard Bell. During her five years with Packard Bell, Carol also held a broader HR role, handling among other areas, Talent Management for the corporate functions.

In 2006, Carol created her own freelance consulting activity, with the aim of bringing her expertise to smaller business operations, in a client service offer adpated to their needs and budgets.

 


Sandrine DAUTRÊME

Sandrine DAUTRÊME

Sandrine Dautrême, a junior consultant, decided early on to follow in the footsteps of her father, who specialized in Executive Recruitment, and chose a career in Human Resources. Having graduated from high school in 2010, Sandrine began a degree course in Business Management, before joining the Masters program in International Management run by the University in Angers.

During her five years as a student, Sandrine undertook several internships in Human Resources, in companies of various sizes and in different industries. The time spent in companies such as Tipiak Epicerie and Europe Technologies allowed her to discover the realities of the HR function, and the challenges faced in today’s market.

It was in 2013 during her Masters degree that Sandrine first met Carol Graffin. Their discussions led to an interest for the international aspects of HR management. Having spent her final university term studying in India, Sandrine joined Carol as an intern for a six-month period. During this time, she accompanied Carol in her day-to-day activities advising her clients, and at the end of the internship, Sandrine joined My International HR as a full-time consultant.
